Friendly, and SUPER fast! In fact, faster than I even needed it. The lady showed me everything and made sure I was happy before I left. I will be back and I highly recommend them highly to anyone. Thanks so much for the top notch service!

Jenny was so accommodating when I needed last minute alterations to a dress for a wedding. The dress was sleeveless and I wanted sleeves so She created sleeves from scratch using fabric from the hem of the dress. She was so friendly and the quality of her work was very good and detailed☺! I Would highly recommend her

As always Jenny makes things amazing...she can do basic buttons and things but also just altered dresses and a bridesmaid dress for me that makes me feel incredible.

I recently brought a hiking/outdoor wear kilt here for alterations. I am very happy with the end result! The stitching looks as good as the factory work on the rest of the garment and the hemming is clean and even. The lady who helped me was very nice!

The service here is just awful. I needed a zipper on a jacket repaired as well as the stitching around a zipper on a purse. Dropped the items off on a Saturday and they were ready for pickup on Tuesday evening - decent turn around time. But that's the only good thing I have to say. When I picked up the items I asked for a receipt. And I was told "NO". I asked why I couldn't have a receipt and she responded that I didn't need one because she gave me my items back. I was upset by this and left. When I returned home I released what an awful job she did "repairing" my purse. As you can see, the stitching on the front looks like a patch job at best, she has COMPLETELY sewn through my purse, and to add insult to injury she sewed shut the zipper on the front rendering that pocket useless. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere that pretends to care about the quality of their work and doesn't take part in shady business practices.
