This particular location in Crowfoot is absolutely stellar! The staff are always friendly, genuine and professional. I visit them regularly for various laundry needs and alterations and have never been disappointed! Always impressed! If there is ever any issue, they endeavour and succeed in correcting without question. They consistently go above and beyond and I actually enjoy my quick 5 minute visit with whomever is working the front. This is a business that not only does a great job, they create a space where you feel like your business truly is a pleasure - theirs and yours! biggest KUDOS ever to these guys!

I used Dolphin Cleaners to get a huge comforter that couldn’t fit in my washing machine at home and some bedding cleaned. I must say the staff were professional and I was called to pick up my laundry quickly. It was also very affordable, which was definitely a plus for me. I will definitely return soon.

Customer service was great. Needed a suit cleaned and forgot to get it into a cleaner. They rushed it and got it back to me the very next day without making a big deal about it at all. Super friendly and did a great job. I would recommend them to everyone.

Our washing machine was out of commission for a couple of weeks and we brought our laundry here, since we have be brining our dry cleaning here for years. We were concerned with fragrance due to allergies. We brought our own soap and they did a terrific job. It was folded perfecting (even the fitted sheets). The staff are always polite and professional.

Wished to share my appreciation for the service I received at this location. I had brought in a jacket for cleaning and there was a mishap that occurred during the process. After submitting a concern through the company’s email, Cameron, the General Manager, reached out to me to apologize and share what his team could do to make it right. Cameron reached out following the processing of the jacket and explained what his team had done to fix the jacket. They went above and beyond and I am so pleased to share that my jacket looks new again. Thank you, Cameron and team, for making this first-time customer see the passion and commitment you have with respect to customer service!
