We have used Cottage Care for well over 10 years for biweekly cleanings in our 2,000 sq ft home. I appreciate that they are always courteous, thorough, and focused on my cleaning requests. Using a company rather than an individual cleaning person is right for us as they are able to avoid any disruptions to our cleaning frequency. The team is excellent at communicating any changes or issues in advance, such as timing around Christmas break, etc. They have been completely responsible and trustworthy whether we were home during cleaning, or away. They are kind and caring towards our dog, and there have been no concerns whatsoever with that aspect of our household. We know we can count on Cottage Care to keep our home to the level of cleanliness we expect. When we recently moved, we had their team perform the after move cleaning and we were again impressed and relieved to have one more task taken off of our To Do list. Their pricing for standard cleaning as well as move cleaning was very reasonable in my view. I recommend Cottage Care for reliable, complete, and friendly house cleaning service.

I think I've been a Cottage Care customer for at least 10-15 years! Janina, you'll have to confirm this! They are reliable, thorough, careful, trustworthy, flexible with scheduling....what else could you want? I recommend them to everyone I know. Edit: Just wanted to add a shout-out to Kien personally. She's so friendly, efficient, and most of all, excellent at her job. Thank you!

I have been having Cottage Care do my housecleaning for two years now and am so pleased with them. They are always on time, always hard workers, everyone is cheerful and pleasant, and my house feels and looks so great when they are done. From the office staff to the cleaners, they are good to work with. I find their pricing is very good, very reasonable, and the ladies who come to look after my house are always pleasant and cheerful and do a great job every time! Thank you Cottage Care! -Leslie

Janina and Jenn did a wonderful job cleaning our home! We've had several other cleaning companies clean our home and there were things that they would miss or we would need to ask them to do. What was different about Cottage Care is that they were quite thorough in explaining how and what they would be cleaning, and that they would remain until all tasks listed had been completed. We appreciated this rather than being asked "We only have 15 minutes left, what do you want us to do?", which is what several of the other cleaning companies would ask. We recommend Janina and Jenn, Cottage Care!

We have had CottageCare clean our home for many years now and highly recommend them. They are professional, courteous and dependable. They are always on time and the house is spotless when they leave. We would never consider using any other cleaning service.
