I dropped off a mattress pad to be cleaned, and was quoted $36. 24 hours later, I received a call from someone at the shop, telling me that actually, since it's down-filled, it was going to be $56. I was a bit confused, because I didn't think it was down filled, but I'm not the expert. I returned to pick it up after choosing not to have it cleaned, and laughed out loud when I got home and read the tag on the pad... 100% polyester filled. So I'm not sure if they were just too lazy to do the job, didn't take the initiative to read the tag, or if they were legitimately trying to scam me, bit either way they acted pretty unprofessional. 0 stars would be the most appropriate rating.

TERRIBLE. They lost my blazer - but still charged me the cost of dry-cleaning it! The owner was incredibly rude. Now I'm down the cost of the blazer, the cost of the drycleaning, and I didn't even get an apology. I will never go back.
