The cleaning staff from Cottage Care South have cleaned our house for many years now. They come promptly every time and begin work immediately - no time for chit chat with them| I don't change my appointment often but if I need to, the company is very flexible to my needs. The staff does a fantastic job and I highly recommend them - especially Magdalena. After moving out of our home just last week to a condo, Cottage Care came to do a move out clean. Our home looked impeccable; everything, doors, shelves, baseboards, fridge - just everything was cleaned way above our expectations. I will be using them once we get settled in our new place.

I've been using CottageCare for a couple of months now and they have lived up to expectations every single time. They are very flexible in scheduling when unforeseen circumstances arise which is greatly appreciated.

I've been using Cottage Care for many years, after having tried several different companies and not being happy with the results. With Cottage Care the level of service is consistent, regardless of which cleaning professional comes to the house. They have also been very flexible, and were able to accommodate changes to my schedule without any problems. I love how the house feels when they are finished!

If you don't already use a cleaning service, just go for it! You have no idea what you are missing. I'm extremely satisfied with the service I have received from Cottage Care. I used to have someone else clean my place, but when she moved out of province I decided to go with Cottage Care based on a recommendation from a friend. I'm so glad that I did. The attention to detail is absolutely superb. My previous cleaning person would often miss little things - I just got in the habit of spending 10-15 minutes finishing up after she left. Not the case with Cottage Care. Consistently amazing work every time. Highly recommended.

I look forward to having my house cleaned like children look forward to Christmas, so when I was recommended Cottage Care by a friend I was pretty excited. I had looked online and spoken with a few people who did housecleaning on their own, but knowing that CC was bonded and insured made me feel a lot more comfortable about having people in my house when I'm not around. Also, having two free-roaming dogs in my house I was concerned with how this would work, but they sent pet-friendly workers and that put my mind at ease. I have had a few minor things missed in my house on a couple of visits, but when I brought it up to Kerri the manager she was always courteous and willing to fix it for me. Besides the cleaning, the most important thing when having strangers in your house is whether or not you trust them, and I absolutely do with CC. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
