Have been using Nu Life for a few years now on a Quarterly Maintenance Service. Had them in today and was reminded of what a great service they provide so figured should write a review. Great company to deal with! Thanks Everyone! Aaron

These guys care about doing a complete and thorough job, and they're very affordable. They were on time, helped with unexpected moving, and finished the job well within the time period specified. The carpets look great and everything feels more fresh in the house now. We'll never have anyone else take care of our carpets other than Nu-Life.

100% customer satisfaction! We have been a client for more than 10 years, the onsite staff are friendly and proficient. The office staff are friendly and professional. The company has been able to maintain the same staff for since we've been a client. That says something.

When we called Nu-Life to schedule an appointment for carpet cleaning in our condo Pat took the time to explain what we needed to do in order to prepare for the cleaning and what to expect as far as what needed to be done, how long it would take and what the outcome would be. The technician called about 40 minutes before the scheduled appointment to let us know they were on their way and they arrived before the scheduled appointment time. The technician walked through the rooms and took the time to explain the procedure. They were finished in the time they said it would take and we are extremely pleased at how fantastic our carpets look. The last time we had them steam cleaned was 6 years ago. We were impressed with the professionalism and respect of the technicians.

I had nu-life come out to clean our carpets in preparation to sell our house. I'm sorry I didn't do this years ago. The carpets seem almost brand new and they were in quite rough shape before as they are old and we have a large dog in the house. The cleaner was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. He let me know his plans before he begun, taking time to assess some of the stains and tell me his plan of attack explaining the different process he would follow for different stains. He answered all my questions and took great care when performing the work. I will definitely use Nu-life again and would recommend them to friends.
