I just had a furnace and duct cleaning done by Revive. And it hadn't been done for 12 years at this place, at least. Tony and Tom were prompt, friendly and efficient. Tony answered questions I had and provided useful information. Steven provided us with accurate information when booking the service and the whole service took exactly the amount of time we were advised, despite how long it has been. This was really valuable from a time management perspective. I would recommend in the future that people be advised that it can be a bit loud for young children or pets. It likely depends on the place, but sound really echoes in this house and I would have needed to take our toddler out of the house for the loud part had they been home. Just so people know to plan for this. We had been asked to change our time slot and were provided with a free furnace sanitizing for the inconvenience, which was a pleasant surprise from a customer service perspective. I found the pricing was reasonable and it was nice that they were able to book us in promptly.

We are so pleased about the service that Tony and Tommy did the furnace and duct cleaning for us. They are very friendly staffs and their works are being completed in a professional and detailing way and we will contact "Revive" again for our next time cleaning. It is highly recommended to every body!

I was initially hesitant to book service with Revive since I didn't really know much about them. But I am so glad that I did! Right from the start, Steven answered all of my questions, explaining in detail their methods and process. When I mentioned that I was having some issues with my air conditioner freezing up, he not only offered advice but he took it upon himself to run it past one of his tech's then called me back with more advice. Amazing, since he really had nothing to gain by helping me troubleshoot. Fast forward to today; Tony and Tommy were super friendly, polite, and very respectful of my home and my dog that was roaming around. They made sure I knew what they were doing and explained everything that they had done after they finished. Tony and Tommy definitely went above and beyond to make sure they did a good job, and that I was happy with their service! I highly recommend you give Revive a call; you won't regret it! Thanks Steven, Tony, and Tommy!
