The same exact situation happened to me based on Dan's review. Anita was very pleasant to speak with upon initial contact. She seemed very professional and informed so I booked her in for a move-out clean a week before. I had requested she come to the residence before the clean to provide me with a more accurate quote as I would make arrangements if it would exceed my budget. I emphasized the importance of giving me a few days buffer in order to have time to prepare but she could only meet me two days prior to the cleaning date. I obliged and arranged a meeting with her. She emailed me 3 hours before our meeting to postpone to the next day as she would be working late that day. I asked her if it would be possible to stop by in the evening after work as I didn't want to leave it to the very last day before the clean so I could prepare. She never replied and haven't heard from her again. I had sent her an email the very next day asking if I should still be expecting her to show up and I received an email notification shortly after confirming our appointment. At this point I had no choice but to use her on such short notice but she never did show up. I have left her emails and voicemails - it's been 6 days since I've heard from her and still no reply. I am so extremely disappointed that she would leave a client stranded with a time-critical, rental move-out clean. If she was unable due to some emergency I could understand, but at the very least she should have informed her clients so they could make alternative arrangements not abandon them at the very last minute. I would not recommend her services if you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy cleaner.

I dealt with their field consultant Anita who originally rescheduled a cleaning consultation on short notice, then did not show up to the planned consultation the next day. I stressed that I needed a cleaning done before June 30th as I was moving out, and any and all attempts to contact Anita went unanswered. This is the least professional service I have ever seen in my life - I would highly recommend that you go elsewhere.
