Awesome dry-cleaner. Fast - never an issue. 5/5

Mar 7, 2017
We tried this dry cleaner once, I dropped off one load of clothing. When I went to pick up all the cleaning I was informed that the computer showed one pair of pants were still at the cleaning facility for some reason, and I'd have to return later to pick that up. When I got home I found it was one of my wife's pants that got left behind, but we also noticed my suit's pants were processed, but the jacket was missing. They did not have the jacket in their system and had no idea where it was. Fortunately for us, someone else returned the jacket, probably because they didn't want to pay the $14.08 it cost for the suit jacket to be cleaned. When going to pick up the jacket, it was not a smooth process, I had to stand and wait a while for computer stuff to be done. In summary, it took me 3 separate trips to get one load of clothes, and they lost a suit jacket for several days, until it was returned because of someone's honesty (or because they wanted the refund on the cleaning), and we were still charged for the jacket, after all that hassle. I'd be afraid to go back and try again, and would not recommend. Especially since the pricing does not seem very competitive.

Very helpful and honest. Very satisfied. :)

I brought 2 winter jackets (mountain hardware and OR) in to Tower Cleaners to get stiched in a small rip in each jacket. But when I went to pick up my jackets, I was told that they couldn't find one of them. They told me they would look for it, and call me in a day or two. They never called. I went there twice a week for 8 weeks and everytime I went there, a staff member told me that they would call their manager and that the manager would call me back. I never once got a phone call. Finally, after 8 weeks of going to their site of business, the manager called me back and told me they were willing to pay me 60% what I had paid for my jacket, as the jacket was 3 years old and had a rip in it. This was fine, but they never appologised to me for inconveniecing me for 2 months, for not respecting me as a customer to call me back, even with a courtesy call, and that when the manager finally called me back, he was rude and acted like I was being a burden to him. Towers Cleaners gave me no respect or courtesy. Worst customer service ever! They are the ones that lost my jacket and didn't take ownership for that fact for over 2 months. Dealing with this company was a huge hassle and was ultimately a source of frustration that I much rather would have avoided.
