Dropped off a blazer to get dry cleaned on the 25th, they said it was ready to pick up on the 28th. Came in on the 31st and it was nowhere to be found. The only employee in store was apparently new and when we asked to contact the owners, we were told we’d have to wait as they are in out of country and busy. How do you lose a blazer? What kind of a business owner hires a new employee to work on their own and then leaves the country? Would NOT recommend

Really upset. Website shows they are open till 6 pm Saturday. Showed up at 530 and they where closed. Please update this site. Not sure who’s fault this is but please address this problem.

I've taken alterations here for over a year. The work is always excellent, and the owner is upfront and accurate about what is possible with different garments. Highly recommended

Great alterations service! Have gone there 2 summers in a row for bridesmaid dresses and she is a miracle worker getting the dress ordered in the wrong size to fit me perfectly.

Just picked up three dress shirts from there. Two of them had tears in the sleeves and one had a tear next to the button hole. They said they could patch these up and make them look unnoticeable. When I picked them up this morning, I was actually shocked at how horrible of a job she did. She literally must have just thrown them in the sewing machine and started going over the tears wildly until they were adequately covered. The slight tears that were in the shirts are now covered in thread which makes it look 10x more noticeable. For the two shirts with tears in the sleeves (one blue, one pink) she decided to use purple material behind the patches and sewed that into the sleeve as a patch. Now you can easily notice the patch, especially with the purple coming though. If you have alterations to do, stay away from this place, it's a complete JOKE!
