I had them replace all my gutters because I had water leaking behind the gutters and down the facia. Paid almost $4000 for new gutters, downspouts, and debris guards. The job was supposed to include new drip edge. The only place where I don't have water behind the gutters is where the left the drip edge for Shake Experts to install because their guy was still working in the area. To add insult to injury I called on Tuesday and it is end of day Friday and haven't had more than a short discussion with a receptionist one of the times I called. I've sold the house and have had to hire someone else to come in and repair their shoddy work. Only reason they get a star is because there isn't a negative. UPDATE - It is now Monday a week later and I still have not had so much as a call from them. Hired someone else to come and complete their work. SECOND UPDATE - it is now three weeks with no call or contact. Do you need another reason to avoid this company? THIRD UPDATE - They replied to my review but has still not called me. I acknowledge that the contract didn't include a drip edge. I hired them because I had water pouring down BEHIND my eaves troughs, and that was the job. I don't do gutters, so left it to the owner to determine the work required. I didn't ask for a cheap job, I only asked that they fix the gutters so water flowed into the trough and down the downspouts, not behind them. BTW they also left one of the downspouts from the upper roof so it emptied onto the lower roof. Something they say on their website that they NEVER do.

I'm a little late-2 months. We contacted 5 companies, Gutter Doctor was one of the first to respond. James responded, checked our house, provided a quote. We decided to go with Gutter Doctor. James also advised that it could be 2-3 weeks before the installation would take place. Our project wasn't a big one and unexpectedly Gutter Doctor was able to respond an install our eavetrough much earlier than the 2-3 week wait. It was only a couple of days from the initial quote. I forget his name Kef? but he was super professional, very nice, genuine, polite, very respectful, and did an amazing and efficient job. The entire experience was impressive and the cost was very decent. Our new eavestrough looks great. Very pleased. Thank you Gutter Doctor.

I called a few gutter replacement companies in Edmonton for a quote to have the soffit, fascia and eaves replaced on my house. My home was built in 1912 so every job is difficult and nearly every cut is custom. My house is a very tall 2 story and still had the original solid wood soffit from when it was built that housed the original wood chip insulation. Roy Gantvoort from the gutter doctor came out right when he said he would and spent a significant amount of time assessing the current structure which included climbing up the 30 foot ladder in several locations and doing a real inspection prior to quoting the job. (2 other companies offered quotes without even getting a ladder out of the truck and one said they did not want the job unless I hired a carpenter beforehand to replace all of the wooden fascia boards). Roy (the gutter doctor) started the job promptly and tore out all of the old soffit, fascia, eaves and backer fascia wood as well as the bags and bags of lose wood chips and cleaned it all up and disposed of the garbage. Over the next couple of days he secured new wood fascia cut down the gables so the lines were straight, fixed any structural issues and replaced the soffit and fascia. The work looks great and I feel (based on other quotes) that the price was very fair. The work by Roy is a solid 5 out of 5. I still have to have the eaves installed by a separate crew that does the seamless eaves and downspouts. I will provide a final review once the eaves have been installed and post a few pictures. Update: Took longer then promised to have a crew come back to hang the eave and down spouts. Lost one star.

Lucas came out for a gutter clean and repair and did an excellent job. He was friendly, fast, and the work was done properly. He also did an excellent clean up of our property (deck, porch, etc) after getting rid of all the debris. Will definitely use Gutter Doctor again at our new house!

If you have Sharaf coming as your tech, you are in good hands. He's so professional and willing to take the time to explain the issues. (save him a bottled water, it's hot up on that roof!) Before doing any work, he's transparent in the cost and will not touch anything until you agree. Very flexible in scheduling a consultation and follow ups. Thank you
