1 in 3 chance of smelling like the mold. I have been going to this "dry cleaners" for 18 months now. In late 2016 I received my shirts smelling like the bottom of a gym bag that had been left in the sun--you know the smell--the same as if you accidentally left your washing in the washing machine when you went for vacation for a week--NASTY. After taking the plastic off, my wife asked my to take them outside as it was making the whole house smell like a Gothic teenager that hadn't showered in a month. Nonetheless, I gave the benefit of the doubt to this seemingly nice, hard-working couple who run the place, so washed and ironed them myself without saying anything. So the second time, this happened, August 2017, when 30 of my shirts smelt the same way--like an incontinent wet dog 2 days-post-humus--I complained, albeit very politely. Bad mistake. They came at me guns blazing. They agreed to rewash them, but couldn't see a reason why (surprise--since the whole building smelt like the inside of a decomposing mushroom with bad fungal hygiene). When I came back to collect them, they informed me that I was too fussy and told me to get my cleaning done somewhere else. I shouldn't had given them the benefit of doubt the first time. My bad. I should have read the previous reviews. It seems like this outfit has been given many "outfits" the gift of smelling like a decomposing carcass wrapped in a abandoned gym bag left in a holding pond for the department of the Calgary's waste management in summer for some time. If that is the impression that you want to portray at your next board meeting, I recommend this professional cleaning service.

Paid when I dropped my shirts off. They forgot to mark the invoice and said I never paid. Said they never made mistakes. Made me wait while they checked security footage. I've been coming here for over 20 years, this is my last visit.

Very poor experience! One of my shirts was returned dirty, and the other one (rayon) was ruined from the steam iron. I recommend driving 2 minutes west to "Hi Neighbor" drycleaning. I took my shirt there and they offered to clean it for FREE once they heard what had happened at Peerless Cleaners.
