Absolutely fantastic! Had a pleather type jacket steamed there for super cheap and took a jacket there to repair the zipper, amazing work!

Service like this is VERY hard to find these days! Dan and the crew at Beacon understand customer service bending over backwards to help you out, and doing it with a smile on their faces. Thank you! We won't go anywhere else for our dry cleaning needs ever again!!

I've been going here for years and haven't had any major issues. Perhaps I'm a preferred customer, but I can have my stuff taken care of overnight when I bring it in first thing in the morning and pick up around 5 pm the next day. Whenever things get left in the pockets, we get them back. We needed alterations done on a suit jacket and it came back without any evidence of being done aside from the desired result. (They use a seamstress down the street who knows her stuff). I once tried to go to another place closer to home and was quickly reminded why I travel to visit 'Dan and the gang'. I get the impression they have competitive prices for what they do. I've heard enough stories of dry cleaning nightmares to know it's not worth checking out other prices.

I've been going here for 2 years spending an average of $30-$40 per trip every 3 weeks. They charge a little more then others and take longer to get the clothes back to me but are open later then other which better fits my schedule. They lost my pants. I no longer have pants to an $800+ suit and will not be using them for my dry cleaning anymore.

Ruined my sport coat and offered no reimbursement (even had to pay for the dry cleaning). Instead he rambled on about suit makers for 30 minutes explaining how it was my fault for buying the sport coat in the first place even though only spots on the jacket were ruined, not the whole thing... very unprofessional and I'll obviously never return.
