Do not do business with this company. They are snakes in the grass. Trust, ethics, honesty are not words that can even be used in the same sentence as these people. I know this company because my husband (who’s been doing renovations for over 15 years) did work for them in one of the buildings downtown. He worked non stop for days on end only to be paid $1000 for a $3900.00 bill. There was no descrepency in work or skill. He is a small business contractor, not a rich millionaire that can carry that kind of money over for liars like this. Ohhh and did I mention right before Christmas that these snakes did this.... yes we have kids... these people are NOT renovations people. They can clean carpets. That’s why they hire out contractors only to stiff them. I hope this review saves somebody else the hassle and hurt that my family experienced due to this unethical business. I sincerely also wish full Karma on them and their business. Nobody deserves to be treated this way.

Had Todd in for a residential carpet cleaning yesterday. Had cat stains and smells in a couple of areas. Did a great job. The house smelled fresh and clean when we came in, and the odour was completely gone when everything dried. They were here early in the 30 minute time slot they gave me, and completely professional. This is the 2nd time we've used them, and they've been excellent both times.

Thank goodness for Compro communication. In March 2014 I had a company pull a no show, and called Compro who immediately sent someone out to pull wet underlay from the carpet so no mold would occur. They were professional and my tenant was happy with their respect for her property. I called them back this weekend for a pipe leak, and they did their best to find it, but suggested a decent plumber. I will have them back for the rebuild.
