Terrible customer service, treats you like you shouldn't even be there. If I could choose another post office to have my stuff delivered I would. Never answers the phone, has been closed early when I went to pick up my mail. Sent a complaint to Canada post. The reviews on this page are very true. This place is just awful, if there was a lower star rating I would have selected it. If they didn't want to run the post office and get annoyed at customers picking up their packages they shouldn't have taken the post office. Please do something bout your service. It is just terrible. WARNING THIS PLACE DELETES REVIEWS/CHANGES THEIR UNIT# SO THE REVIEWS NO LONGER SHOW. I HAVE REPORTED THEM FOR BEING CLOSED EARLY 4 TIMES NOW. AND THEY WILL CALL YOU A LIAR TO YOUR FACE!

Love the service. Owner is really friendly - and really reasonable

The couple who own and run this business are very friendly, and I was shocked to read any negative reviews! On the postal side, they're efficient and have a good understanding of Canada Post's rules and regulations. I can't complain about their pricing or customer service, although I have never had packages delivered here. On the dry cleaning side, they do an absolutely excellent job and have very reasonable prices. I get black tie formal clothing cleaned here for both my husband and I and have never had anything come home dirty or damaged in any way. Ties come home perfectly reconstructed, and they have great pricing for wedding dress preservation as well (go for a quote first, because it depends on the individual dress). The dry cleaning has always been ready for me in the quoted amount of time.

Quick and friendly, not sure why people gave it negative reviews.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This has the worst of the worst customer service ever! The guy who runs this place is just rude and just straight up doesn't care about his customers. He makes you feel like you're bothering him and you should just go away. If you have a choice, I suggest going somewhere else. I do not recommend this place at all. I'm surprised it even has a 2 star rating. Don't ever go here!
