Needed to have alterations done to a “ Mother of the Bride” dress. If you are considering this establishment , run ,do not walk away!! I had the work done but neglected to really look at it before taking it home. Yes, I did try it on, but the lighting in the change room was so weak that it was hard to see the damage on the front of the dress until I had it home and in better lighting. The whole front of the dress had water steam stains(dress was navy blue) that showed up when I stood in front of the window. Along the side, there were hard crusty pieces stuck to it, that I could scrape off. Went back to show them and their reply was to have them dry clean it. So I did thinking this would help. Made the whole issue much worst and now I’m under the wire to find another dress as the wedding is in less than a month. They refused to take ownership the the damage and I was stuck with the cost of two dresses and two alterations! This was unacceptable! I had suggested that they buy the first dress from me to cover costs for the second dress. This was met with a haughty- the owner will not agree to this! The woman at the counter wouldn’t even accept that the stains were visible. I showed the dress to a couple of people, and they were able to point them out without difficulty! Thankfully, I was able to find another dress within weeks of the wedding.I gave this establishment 1 star because the parking is easy. Truthfully, I won’t be recommending this place to anyone! This was a very expensive lesson for me 😡

I would rate this sorry excuse of a business zero stars if possible. I dropped off a lot of dry cleaning( Sweaters, Dress Shirts, Suits, and a few of my wifes items). They shrunk a few of my wool and cashmere sweaters so I called and very politely and professionally asked what they could do about the issues. The gentlemen said to bring them back and we could work out a solution. I brought the items back and was basically told they didn't shrink the items and that I shrunk them. Too be completely honest I believe once the place who actually did the dry cleaning(I think its outsourced to another company) shrunk a few of the items they attemped to clean they didn't even try to dry clean the rest. It looked like it was just simply ironed and had a tag stabbed to it.

The male owner of this business is a liar and completely unethical. He sold me a product as in Kijiji and when I arrived I found a part damaged. He told me the part was only $10.00. We took the item home and looked again at his ad which said "NEW, NEVER BEEN USED. The item had been used, in fact the necessary part was ruined beyond use. When I went to purchase a new part the cost was almost $100.00 Cdn, not $10.00. Then the owner claimed that he only turned the machine on once and that was how the blade was damaged. Not likely! There was no note in his ad about the damaged blade. Again when I rechecked the ad, the item was "NEW, NEVER BEEN USED". How can this be???? I made the mistake of trusting this man when I shouldn't have. I went back the next day and politely asked him to refund my money and no surprise he won't. Is this the type of business man you want to deal with. Now I understand why his business has a 2.6 star rating. Avoid this place like the plague!!!! ZERO STARS!

Magic stitching indeed! Thé woman did amazing zipper ré-do for me last winter for a vert affordable price! Thé winter jacket is thick and multi layers and she did an immaculate sewing job. Just went Thérè again and got 4 jeans repaired and she did great transitions in jean patch work, fixéd à button, and hemed Silvers beatifully and matched thé thread well. Thank you for ur talented work. I will always go to you and recommend you
