The folks from Aqua Clean responded to our request for an estimate quickly. Their prices were clear and seemed fair so we set a date. Again, they arrived promptly, and performed their tasks efficiently. Everything looks great! We will contact them when we need more cleaning done, and we would not hesitate to recommend Aqua Clean to others.

Aqua Steam came in to clean up an insurance job that another company failed miserably at cleaning. The other job left grey spots in one half the room and did a 70% job on a very soiled part of the carpet. I have no idea how the grey spots got there. Before the job started there were no grey spots. When Aqua Steam came on the job all of the grey spots were removed except two which they promptly scheduled a return trip to finish. The soiled spot was completely gone. All in all, if ever I need a professional carpet cleaner I would hire them in a second and not think twice about it because of their professionalism, cleanliness, extra care in protecting wall corners, etc. etc. Also, staff on the phone were very professional. Last but not least, the carpet was CLEAN. Jason thanks for a job well done!!!

I would highly recommend Aqua Steam for any carpet cleaning job. We’ve used them for about 10 years now, and they have done amazing job each and every time. We had gotten a puppy about 1.5 years ago, and had issues with urine smells in my daughters room ever since, even with me renting a carpet shampooer twice and using the enzymes that were recommended for pets. I decided it was time to call in the professionals. Not only did the carpets come out looking brand new , but we no longer have the odour in her room, and couldn’t be happier with the service. They never disappoint!

Just had my carpets cleaned with Aqua Steam this morning and they look amazing! I had grungy carpets from a dog and toddler, as well as food stuck in them from toddler etc. Also had a huge nasty glue stain and a small grease stain. They made my carpets look brand new again! I can barely believe they are the same carpets! My house looks amazing! And the stains are all gone! Well worth it! THANK YOU! - Laura

This is the second time Aqua Steam staff have come to clean our carpets. Once again they were very pleasant and efficient. They are very thorough and ensure any "hidden" stains on your carpet are detected so they can be cleaned properly. They are also very good at explaining what to expect for drying times and when to remove the sofa blocks. We will continue to use this company for carpet cleaning because they are so friendly, courteous, and pleasant to deal with. Oh, and did I mention that our carpet looks and smells great!? Keep up the great work!
