This is horrible place! Please, avoid this place by all means. You do not want to be reaped off, your articles damaged and than being accused of damaging articles yourself and blames the company who manufactured the article. I gave them three identical Australian wool duvets, and after coming back three days later, they cause not restorable damage to one duvet, barely cleaned the other one. and one was not cleaned at all. They are very aggressive and not nice. They smile only when reaping you off and taking your money. They are not doing their job that they are getting payed for. This business needs to be closed. I will be looking for officials to file formal complain against this charlatans. Please,k keep your articles and money safe from this terrible place.

The business owner hung up on me, overcharged me and then refused to return my clothes. I had dropped off 6 garments, only two of which were washed but not ironed. I returned the next day to pick up my clothes because I felt that they were over charging me. Instead of accusing the owner I simply asked her to explain to me how she came up with her figures and she immediately got defensive. She told me that it WAS NOT too exspensive. She then made me a counter offer after she realized that I was going to stand there until she explained how she came up with her figure. I had to now only pay $30.00 for the garments because she cleaned them but did not press them. I paid simply because she refused to return my clothes. When I got home I saw that only the dresses had been cleaned, the other 4 articles had not, like she had claimed. Originally on the receipt she had charged me $13 for these two specific garments which included ironing. However, I paid $30 to get all of the "cleaned" clothes returned to me, only two of which were actually cleaned but not "pressed" so she did in fact overcharge me and at that she only did half the work. My point is this, SHOP AROUND. This business owner doesn't speak english well and names their own price. Even the receipt didn't add up, trust me I calculated it every way possible. Your better off driving further to get someone who will be reasonable and who you can communicate with to make sure your being treated fair.
