My husband had a blazer cleaned at this business. It came back with the hems popped on the sleeves. We needed to get that fixed at a tailor. We gave Westbrook a second chance. My husband’s suit was ruined after being cleaned there. He didn’t notice until he needed to wear it. The hems on the sleeves were wrecked and the suit fabric was puckered at every seam. Took it to a tailor to try to fix it. She said it looked like it was laundered with water and is now in throwaway condition. We will never go back to this business. Public be warned!

DO NOT GO! I don't write reviews, but I had to for this one. Dropped off some dress shirts to be dry-cleaned and had them returned to me with 70% of the buttons destroyed. Can't believe something so simple can be screwed up so bad. 3x $300 dress shirts and a lot of trouble later, I don't want anybody else to go to this joke and have their clothes ruined. This guy needs be put out of business - Westbrook should be able to have a decent dry cleaners close by.

My pants are ruined! I dropped off a brand new pair of high quality pants for cleaning. Stretched two sizes bigger, the fabric is damaged, the waistband completely shot and the zipper puckered. They refused to accept any responsibility whatsoever, not even honouring the terms on their own bill. They were completely dismissive and disrespectful and we have been loyal customers for 8 years. Not the way to do business in this city.

I would strongly caution anyone from using this business. I recently dropped off a brand new, $1600 suit from Harry Rosen to be laundered. My brother-in-law also dropped off a suit that was comparable in price. Both were severely damaged when we returned to pick them up. The suits had been improperly cleaned and were thus heavily shrunken, burnt, and ripped. The staff at Harry Rosen said they have never seen such destruction from dry cleaning. They suspect that he in fact did not dry clean the suits, but actually washed and dried both garments. Both suits are irreparable. Upon contacting the business owner he was unapologetic, rude, and proceeded to hang up on me. He states that he does not have insurance and is unwilling to even compensate the cost of his sub-par cleaning. I do not usually take the time to write reviews of this nature, but I feel that it is important that business be held accountable for such acts.
