This is my first time of using a dry cleaner since I arrived in Edmonton. I must say I am impressed with the work that was done to remove the oil and grease stain from my suit. I have washed it twice using the washing machine once and hand wash the second time. Even though the lady doesn't want to over promise when I gave him the suit and said they will try their best. However, at the point of collection, I checked thoroughly and can't find the stain again.... Thumbs up...👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 The only reason for giving 4 of 5 is that I think the price is a little high but I will check around in Edmonton and come back to update accordingly.

Brought fabric to be ironed and the result was poor. Returned and hoped for a better result but the outcome was the same. The owner does not have proper quality control.

Polite lady at the front; however, ownership and management are abysmal. I had been a long time customer but cannot, in good conscience, return to this business. They got a heavy grease stain on a dress shirt I left with them for routine cleaning. On pick up I reused to accept the shirt in that condition and suggested they remove the stain. No one ever called me to say when it was done. I went in a month later and the stain, though less, remained. With the added bonus of significant wear and fading of the fabric. A shirt that had been worn twice. I asked what the business was going to do to address their liability for the damage to my property. The owner's son - who was a shining example of the entitlement and douchebagery that results when parents let their kids act like they earned their gifted position in a business - proceeds to flat out accuse me of staining the shirt. Right, because I wear my finest dress clothes to go work in a shop. Not like there is any heavy machinery or greased equipment in a dry cleaners right? I disagreed. To which this man suggested I send my shirt to the U of A to have the stain analyzed in a lab. A science experiment? That is your answer? I asked to speak with the owner, who was then on vacation. Weeks later I get a call from the nice lady. Who informs me the owner refused to refund money, give me a credit, or compensate me for my shirt in any way. Not even a token apology or the opportunity to express my position directly. He sends a messenger. Terrible way to run your business. You should not go there, ever. I offered to meet in the middle but could not even get the money I paid for the shirt to be cleaned refunded. So, in the end, I paid them to ruin my shirt, blame me, and treat me like they don't value my business whatsoever. If a business doesn't want your business - don't give it to them.

I love Todd Cleaners. They do a great job, are fairly priced and have great service! They pick my clothes up from work and return them cleaned and pressed. I would definitely recommend them.
