Very good company. Every time I call I speak directly with owner, always gives a good price and quick date to come out. When they come out always very thorough and great job! I've gotten them for family and friends, no ones been disappointed. Recommend to anyone!

Really good company. Professional, affordable and delivered the services exactly as they said they would. Would not hesitate to recommend Baseline Carpet Cleaning to my friends and family.

We hired the company to clean the office carpets. We were charged nearly $400 for 1 hour of work - which seems excessive. However, they also damaged a framed picture on our wall. When I called the company, the person who answered the phone said they would talk to the man who did the cleaning and call me back. He called back the office, talked to my receptionist (not me), and said "we didn't do it, the picture was too high." They didn't ask which picture, what it looked like or anything. Cleaning my office carpets cost a lot when you factor in replacing the picture ... I would be careful with hiring this company.

We purchased a Groupon for their services and even purchased the larger package (5 rooms) to ensure we would get the equitable service. The tech showed up early without warning and went right to work. Many reviews comment on how quick these guys are and, YES, these guys are quick. The unfortunate part is that speed does not equate to quality. They operated their cleaning machines as if they were vacuum cleaners ... just quickly brushing forward and back to show that they had gone over the area. They moved quickly from room to room and my wife asked them to come back into a room to remove a stain. The tech just brushed the machine over the carpet 4-5 times and left again ... no products or effort was used, and definitely no attention to detail. In fact, there were several little stains left in the kid's rooms. As indicated, we purchased the larger package and expected them to be there for an extended time but they were done in 50 minutes. I would not recommend them at all ... the work that was done will just buy us time to get some real cleaners in.
