My girlfriend recently hired Ace Maids to clean our place. The overall experience was definitely a negative one. After having Ace Maids come to our house I decided to Google them and check reviews, in hindsight we should have done this first. The first thing that struck me as odd as when the cleaner showed up they said they do not work for Ace Maids and handed us their business card and suggested we don't use Ace Maids in the future. I noticed on another review on this site that another person had a very similar experience. Clearly this is a trend with Ace Maids. Unfortunately the job was not done very well and it seems the reason is Ace Maids underpays their contractors. They hire out the job to someone else and take a big cut for themselves. The cleaning contractors are not motivated to do a good job because they barely make any money. Don't hire this company. They're basically a search engine for cleaning companies. You're better off hiring a company directly and don't waste your time with Ace Maids.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. The reviews on this site must be paid for or fake. There's no way anyone can be happy with the service of this company. Ace Maids hires out by contract all of their cleaners so there's no way they could possibly vet them properly. They tell their cleaners to do less work for what is paid for. If you hire Ace Maids you will not get a properly cleaned home and they will over charge you for it. The contractors who came to do the job said they prefer not go through ACE Maids but would rather have the client hire them directly. Ace Maids basically hires out their contractors at minimum wage and then profits the difference. I'm fine with a company making money that's what businesses are all about but the job should be done correctly. After Ace Maid's left our home we had to re clean. Clearly not a good cleaning company. Do not hire them.

Terrible company to deal with we have three rental properties and rely on cleaners when re renting quickly since we are out of town a lot. Hired them to do a clean and when we returned to show house to possible tenants they hadn't touched one of the bath rooms or another room in basement. Tried to contact them and they are ignoring our e mails. Even what they did clean was only a 1/2 decent job. Waste of money and time dealing with these guys. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I had AceMaids take care of my house being cleaned when i moved out, and all i can say is the service was exceptional. From the cleaners being courteous to dealing with the gentleman on the phone. He walked me through what needed to get the cleaning set up. and the quote that i was given was affordable. I would highly recommend this service for anyone needing a quick and efficient clean at an almost unbeatable price.

I had a great experience with the team they sent. They were very punctual and did a spotless job. I will definitely be getting them back in the future! Their customer service is also prompt and friendly. All other companies I inquired with were not able to match this level of service. I was getting sick of having companies needing to come to my house to quote it. Their site is easy to navigate and the booking form is so simple and quick to fill out.
