Wonderful experience! I would recommend Twin Peaks to all my friends and family. The service I received was prompt, extremely courteous, and professional. It was as simple as a phone call! The lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful; she answered every question and provided me all the necessary information. On the day of our appointment, the crew completed the work in a timely and friendly manner, and I was able to return to work with only minimal time off! Their staff are extremely personable and professional to interact with. Without a doubt, I would not hesitate to have them in my home again! Great company!

2 weeks after sending an email and 1 week after sending a phone message with no response from the company - if you are too busy - that’s totally okay - but at least get back to me saying you are too booked. Went with another company who was in contact with me in hours. You may be the best service or the worst - but how would I know - you never got back to me in what I would consider to be a reasonable time.

Just had Twin Peaks "clean" my furnaces and ducting. During the process dust blew all over my basement. I have had other cleanings in the past and the service reps covered all the vents and worked systematically through the house ensuring maximum cleaning and suction. This team did not follow that process and when I questioned them i was told "our truck is more powerful and we don't need to do that". I placed a piece of paper over a floor vent and video taped the result. There was no suction and the paper was unaffected, making me question the power of their truck and the efficiency of the cleaning. Since I was vocally not impressed they did sweep up and hand vacuum the mess they made in some of the house. In addition they gave me a slight discount. I don't believe my house should get dusty during a furnace cleaning and I won't be calling Twin Peaks again.

Came home to find my house floors covered in dust and particles from their “cleaning”. Left message and was called back the next day, however I had already cleaned up their mess. Owner offered to come over and help clean up but I said they would never set foot in my house again plus I had already done the cleanup myself. It was like they had attached the hose to my furnace and just blew all the dust out the vents into my house. Was not offered a “discount” of any kind. Spread the word...do not use this company!! Neighbor had “Will Do” come clean hers...a little more expensive but no mess at all; wish I had gone with them instead. Whole family was sick within 2 days of their “cleaning process”....coincidence???
