Been a tonne of times to this dry cleaners and the service and friendliness of staff is second to none. Highly recommended for all dry cleaning and alterations.

They were amazingly accommodating and super friendly when we needed some dry cleaning done at the last minute, we only realized the day before leaving on vacation and they had everything finished for us by the end of the day (within 5 hours) when 3 other places I called in town were 3-4days wait.

I've brought clothing for dry cleaning about 15 times here, and alterations five times, so I'd say I've given this company a fair chance before drawing conclusions. The people here are polite and friendly, but there's a consistent problem I experienced here: deadlines Alterations Deadlines for alterations were chosen by the staff, not by me. I'd arrive to claim my items but leave empty-handed. This is understandable in most cases, but the deal-breaker is the fact they do not call to forewarn you before you arrive to claim your item, not even for the ultimate deadline garment: the wedding gown (during off-peak wedding season). Your phone number is requested for all your cleaning and alterations items---but don't expect a call. Be prepared to call ahead before pick up day if time is important to you. Dry Cleaning Pricing is reasonable, but the turn-around time is about 4-10 days slower in comparison to competitors in the city. I recommend Scrub-A-Dub Cleaners instead---it's not that much more expensive, but they offer delivery, wet cleaning, better parking, longer business hours, faster turn-around, and have never missed a deadline for me in >30 jobs.
