Clean, plenty of front loading washers, an attendant who can give change (everything takes loonies), and dryers that are plenty hot. It would be nice to have more seating - only 2 chairs.

Always pleasant and friendly/helpful staff. Place is neat and has a decent amount of equipment. Would highly recommend !

On the phone, the attendant told me their large machines could fit two large comforters. Perfect. I wanted to wash out a large rug, I told her. It's about the size of a sleeping bag, rolled up; not huge, but too big for my washer at home. She said it would cost me $7. to wash it there. I took it down, and when I arrived, she showed me a tiny washer to use for rugs. It is smaller than my washer at home. She wouldn't allow me to use a larger machine. However, she said if I left it with them, they could wash it for me in a larger machine for $40 to $50. Wow. Just wow. So unimpressed and disappointed. The only reason they get one star is because there isn't an option to give none. Two thumbs down. :-(

I have always had great service and the people are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately their Web hours don't match actual. Took my laundry in on Wednesday and the place was CLOSED. A wasted trip.
