I noticed my hot water tank leaking and in less than hour KB was there replacing my tank with a new one. Orlyn was extremely helpful in orchestrating this. Thank you!

Just had furnace installed. KB destroyed the competition on price. Very happy with the product. Installers could have cleaned up a bit better and left the door open letting leaves in the house. Could be any company though. For the $$$$ saved I could have hired a clean up crew and still came out ahead.

I had a tankless water heater installed from KB Heating. So far very pleased with the unit and the service I received. Orlynl was very helpful and courteous. Have dealt with KB Heating in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Thanks guys!

We needed a new AC unit put in. The first technician who came was very helpful and let us know what the problem was. Told us that if we went with KB for the unit that our first consultation fee would be waived. We called back for them to come install and we had about a 2 week wait for them to book, which unfortunately was right in the middle of a week of 25 C + temperature. When the second tech came, he installed the AC unit, but didn't need to install a new thermostat which was part of the quote. Ended up getting told that they would change the bill to compensate for unused thermostat and to expect a new invoice. Similar to what another reviewer mentioned below, they took our credit card info, but didn't give us a final invoice/bill with an itemized total. No total whatsoever on the one he left us with actually. Didn't hear back from them for a few days but noticed that the credit card had been charged the full amount of our quote. Called to figure out what was happening with the changed invoice, but tech wasn't answering or returning our calls. Called the KB office and was told that the thermostat issue was to be resolved with the tech (who refused) and the consultation fee would be given back as a credit towards future purchases instead. The AC unit works well, but the customer service was horrible. We needed to call nearly every day to get a hold of someone and find out what was happening, and we got charged for a thermostat that wasn't even installed. Our credit will go unused... we're going with someone else next time. Recommend others do the same. It looks like we weren't the first to make this mistake either. Chris
