Took a pair of jeans in to be taken up. Explained that I wanted it to look like the original hem. When I picked them up she had cut off the original hem, shortened them and then reattached the original hem. Now they have a horrible cuff on the bottom. She told me I would have to pay extra to have it done the way I had originally asked for. Spent 20 minutes arguing and left. Never going back.

Starting in December My son took my winter coat in to have a zipper replaced. He was told that they were very busy and would need a week to replace the zipper. We had no problems with waiting however we had to pay in advance,. It is posted that zipper repairs are to be paid in advance , (don't understand that because they wouldn't release your item back to you unless you paid for the repair). When he returned a week later it still wasn't done and we had to wait a few more days. After a few days he picked up the coat only to learn the zipper was put on the wrong side, he did mention to them that it was done incorrect. I tried wearing the jacket but struggled with having the zipper on the wrong side so I took the jacket back to have it redone on the proper side. I was told at first that it wasn't on the wrong side , I then proceeded to let them know that I have had the jacket a few years and I certainly know what side the zipper was on. I was then told that they were extremely busy and would need a week to redo the zipper. With what they were saying I felt they were trying to discourage me from having this redone as I said that I would not pay another 40.00 to fix it and as their eyes rolled when I said I would wait the week and the pickup would be the follow Saturday. Well I wasn't able to make it back on the Saturday so my son went on Tuesday 10 days from when it was dropped off and 3 days from the day promised. Well it wasn't ready, ..... they asked for more time .. it was finally picked up on the Wednesday. I will not be using this establishment in the future based on their service and attitude. The workmanship was acceptable. 2 star rating is on the workmanship.

The three times I or my family have brought items there they have been ready DAYS late. Even though they ask you when the event is and when you need your items back. Then after waiting my dress was still not altered properly and now I am out of time to have it done correctly in time for a wedding. Won't go back.

Doesn't a decent job for a very good fair price! Would recommend and have.
