Thank you for doing such a great and professional job on my carpets today. I really didn’t have much hope that they would ever recover from the wear and tear of little people, big people and dogs but now they look like new. Most impressed as you arrived just before appointment time, were polite and obviously very diligent and knowledgeable when it comes to stains. Again, thank you.

I have used them several times and had great service every time. They've done our carpets and dining chairs (which looked like new when they finished cleaning them). They're my first choice for carpet cleaning!

Great service and very reasonably priced. Saved me from a jam, I had two rental properties to do same day so was in a time frame, I had to cancel Rainbow Restoration from doing 2nd property because it was such a bad experience and way overpriced. Total Carpet was so accommodating and got my place done within the next few hours, very profesional and did a wonderful job and for a much more reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and use them again. Thanks so much!

Dan did a great job on our sectional & chair! Not an easy feat considering our 3 big mutts who think the furniture belongs to them!! Thanks for making the drive up to Heffley.

I have been using total carpet for 10 years. They are the first company I recommend to any of my friends as well. The guys that's come over are friendly and fantastic. The carpet looks brand new. In fact if anyone comes to our home they state it's in great shape for having pets. Finally the owner Rick....when I call to book, he is great. We even chat about things that have nothing to do with cleaning carpets lol (house Reno's etc) and if a stain does come back after the job is done they will come back and try again without any problem Great company hands down, hense using them for 10 years plus
