Consumer be warned! It was the worst experience of my life, not only does she charge 40 dollar an hour for unskilled labor she charged us for multiple things that weren’t done and even charged us for things we told her NOT to do! As you can see two of the reviews above is from two employees so there is a conflict of interest there. It’s obvious without her staff reviewing the company at 6 stars it would never make it past 1 star. I would recommend anyone else in Campbell River but her, she is not a professional and doesn’t know how to run a business. We disagreed on the bill due to the descrepancies and she refused to return the keys to my home until she was paid in full and even told me she had called the cops one me! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! If you would like you can comment on this review and I will show you the conversation between us and the 800 dollar bill I received for sub par service and the things that I was charged for that weren’t done. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
As you can see below making a little extra money for Xmas means over charging and under working. As for threatening to come to her house she is half correct as she was withholding the keys to my home and refused to return them, so yes I needed to go get my property back from this less than reputable cleaner that now had a key to my home with my family living inside. I’m sorry Laura tor reputation is not good and I’ll make sure no consumer has to go through this again.
