I walked in with a suit to be dry cleaned and pants to be hemmed, and a lady who I assume was the owner immediately ran to the front counter to greet me. She was very courteous and prompt to answer my questions. I did not expect to get such a fantastic personal interaction. When the items were returned, they met my standards. I will be using their services from now on.

DO NOT go to this dry cleaners! Unethical, no integrity and a liar. I specifically asked to launder a few white shirts, which I have done for over 3 years. Instead of charging me the launder price the owner charged me a dry cleaning price, which is considerable more. She did not take responsibility for her mistake, instead she began YELLING at me. She became unhinged and came ever so of making a racist remark before realizing there was lineup behind me. She refused to give me back my shirts unless I paid her $50 price tag, which I did. To add insult to injury, a few of my white shirts still had rings around the collar. Avoid dealing with some who is deeply unethical.
