Tony and his team are absolute consummate professionals. I first met Tony when he was contracted in my father's deli. I was so impressed by the tidiness and upkeep of my fathers shop that I asked him to come and clean my bakery. He gave a thorough walk through, highlighting areas of need and together we came up with a schedule and plan that suited me and my business. He is attentive to all of my needs and checks in regularly to make sure I am happy with his services. I would absolutely recommend Tony and his team for anyone looking for a cleaning service that goes above and beyond for their clients. Thank you Tony

I have used Tony at Castle Cleaning twice now for cleaning my place. So far he has been very accommodating and has rectified any issues immediately with professionalism. He has been great to work with so far and I plan on continuing to use him and his company. I would recommend him and I'm glad a friend introduced me to him. I have used several companies before who have over charged or under delivered. All around a great company.

Tony is very responsive, and reliable. That's about it. No empathy for clients. Price is too high for the quality that is delivered. You just don't get a good feeling about the customer service you receive. If there was more listening, empathy, and care for clients, I'd still be working with them. I used them for 2-3 months. Even after I delivered feedback, there was no indication that he understands the needs and preferences of his clients.

I have been using Tony's cleaning services for over 4 years now. He is always professional and willing to work out any issues I am having with his cleaners.

Had a great experience with Tony and his crew. They were very efficient and there were no complaints with the cleaning quality. Would definitely use them again.
