Executive Summary - AVOID!! There are many many other businesses who actually respect their customers, understand what a scheduled appointment means, and understand it's just common courtesy to reach out to people if you decide you're not going to show up for a scheduled appointment. Don't bother, unless you're ok with a business who not only doesn't show up on the day they've been scheduled to come to your home, but also who can't even be bothered to make any effort whatsoever to contact you to let you know they aren't coming, and won't respond to e-mails, text messages, or phone calls inquiring as to why they haven't shown up. We reached out to Guttervac on a Monday, asking if they had any availability on Friday, expressing that we knew it was a very last minute request during what's probably the busiest time of year. After a few back and forth exchanges via e-mail, Denis, the president of the company, said "We will be able to squeeze you in on Friday around 2 pm. I will give you a call if anything changes." Fast forward to Friday, 2:00 pm, 2:15 pm, 2:30 pm nobody has shown up at our home. We made several attempts to reach out via text and phone to find out where they were but received no communication or indication that they weren't coming. Finally, at 3:00 pm (an hour after they said they could "squeeze us in") we received a call saying "we said we would try and squeeze you in, and we won't be able to get there until 5:00 pm". Knowing it would be pitch-dark at this time, we asked them when they had an actual appointment we should schedule in, and formally booked an official "not squeezed in" appointment for the following Monday. Fast forward to Monday. Nobody shows up, again, and we receive no phone call, no e-mail, and no text. We made several attempts to contact Denis, the president of the company, send messages, left a voicemail, and received 0 communication as to why nobody showed up for our appointment. Clearly, Guttervac doesn't respect it's customers time, and therefore, I don't respect their business.

prefer to have my gutters done but that's not going to happen some people have waited over 3 years and still haven't got the gutters done if you look at reviews going back as far as 2012 they were 1200 jobs behind that would take 3 years to do so it is a permitly closed business for groupon people’'. I had a fantastic experience with GutterVac. I was way behind in my cleaning, and hadn't had my gutters cleaned in far too long. GutterVac got back to me right away with a quote when I called, and their service was professional and thorough. My gutters were clean, and my yard was mess free. I couldn't have hoped for better.
