We've been using Merry Maids for several years and have always found the services reliable, flexible and consistent. The customer service that the office provides is efficient, prompt, pleasant and accommodating . They actively seek out feedback and make sure the customer is happy with each visit. I've had to make last minute schedule changes, or request specific times and they have always done their best to work with my needs. The quality of cleaning is consistently good and the cleaners are respectful, professional and diligent. I wholeheartedly recommend Merry Maids of Vancouver!

I called a few days before I needed a move out clean and they were able to fit me in! The woman I spoke to was VERY personable! She told me all about their services and pricing and then sent me an email confirming what we had discussed, including their policies and procedures. On the day of the cleaning, the team showed up on time. They were 2 polite ladies and got right to work. They left my apartment sparkling! It was money well spent as they even washed out my fridge, stove/oven, and cupboards. I will definitely use their services again. Thank you!!

I started using the service a few years back and I find them to be highly efficient, very friendly, and thorough. Appointment scheduling is easy and my team always arrives on time, gets to work and does a great job. I have had many cleaning services over the years. This company is certainly the best I've used. I highly recommend them.

We heartily recommend Merry Maids of Vancouver! They are always on time and do an expert job. Should they forget something, they are quick to rectify it on the next visit. Great company!

My mother (who is in her 60s and couldn't be bothered to give a review) hired Merry Maids as a birthday gift to herself in November. They told her on the phone it would be $120/hour so she booked it. They did not tell her it was a minimum 2 hour booking so when it was time to pay and the bill was $240 she was shocked. She would not have hired them if we knew it was a MINIMUM CHARGE of $240 just to have them show up. Secondly, the people who cleaned the house did a pretty terrible job. There is a dog in the house which is the main reason she hired cleaners. When they left I inspected the job they did and there was hair everywhere. They "cleaned" the bathroom but when I checked it out there was still residue on the toilet and in the bathtub/shower. I honestly couldn't tell that cleaners were even in the house. She informed them after paying the $240 that she would no longer require the service in the future due to cost being hired than we thought. She also sent an email to the company informing them of the situation and that we wished they would have been more clear about the cost. One week later the same two cleaning people showed up again!! We kindly declined and explained that we did not want them to clean again. We sent another email to the company asking why two more showed up, and received no reply to any of our grievances. This morning she tells me she got another email from Merry maid promotion email asking if we want to sign up for a bi-weekly cleaning. She does not. I'm sure merry maid has done some good work in the past, but in the case of my mother's house, they did not. She said the cleaning people were nice though.
