I had a carpet that had 9 years of ground in dirt. When we lifted a mat you could see what the original carpet looked like. They got the two to match. They gave me back a carpet that looked new again.

Very disappointed. Damaged our wood tv stand by spraying chemicals on it. They are giving us the run around and are taking know responsible for it. I would advise you to stay away from this company.

Wish there was such thing as a lower star review! Terrible pricing charged $160 for carpet cleaning my grandfather didn't have enough on him so they said they would return at 4 for the check. He had it ready at 4 and waited for them for a few hours before they called and said they would come 1pm the next day then didn't show up until 3:15 the next day!! Terrible service never would go to them again! They called him and he had mistaken them for another company he goes to usually after he got mustard on the carpet which they didn't even get cleaned!!

I had a terrible experience with Allstate. I hired them to clean the carpets in my condo. There had been a medical emergency involving blood and I wasn't even sure if the stains could be cleaned but I wanted to give it a try before replacing the carpets. When they did the cleaning, it pulled up more blood from underneath. They expected that and said that they would come back to get the rest. When they left, the carpets looked worse than before they started and I could dab up more blood with a dry paper towel. I made the mistake of paying them at this point and they never returned to finish the job. I keep calling and they keep telling me that they will get someone to come over. It has been about 1.5 months since they did the original cleaning. Terrible job. Unbelievably bad service. Calls usually go to voicemail. I can't believe they're still in business.
