They ruined my wife's wedding dress. They said it would be professionally dry cleaned like the care tag recommends but they threw it in the washing machine on "gentle". It is now two different colors of yellow and white when it was originally ivory. Regardless of what the fabric is they took no responsibility and would not refund the $131(!!!) we had to pay up front for them to toss it in a washing machine. Just terrible service.

My daughter brought an item in, that said 'dry clean', then when they ruined it, and she asked if they dry cleaned it, they said they don't dry clean (though they advertise that they do). When she asked how they cleaned it, they said we threw it into the washing machine. She asked if they read the tag, that said 'dry clean', they said they saw it. She paid over $130. and they just threw it into the washer! Not very professional. And, they never refund. They owe her a new wedding dress, or $2,000. Frauds.

Wish there was a no star option. Ruined an item that was brought in for a simple wash. Argued and accused me of lying. Terrible service and no accountability for their mess ups.

They are the only dry cleaners in FSJ so unfortunately they are the only option. I have been going there for 3 years. Every other time I go there I have to ask them to redo the item. They don't press the items they dry clean. I wish there was another option in town.
