This was my first time using a cleaning company and I had high hopes. I am not by nature a very picky person- but the first cleaner did not do a good job...she brought non of her own equipment, and didn't mop, nor did she get corners(plant leaves and dirt were around toilet and in corners) or big spider webs. I let the company know and they discounted the service and offered a different cleaner. I specifically requested the new cleaner have her own mop at least. Turns out they forgot to cancel the initial cleaner and I came home with a guest to her in my house when I had no idea she would be there (this was shocking). The second cleaner was to come today...she was 40 minutes late and she had no equipment. I was again....shocked. Ive cancelled my services with this company. Wish I had a better review to give.

I desperately wanted to write a great review but a job that had me having to return to a vacated suite TWICE because of poor, really poor, cleaning on the kitchen generally and kitchen appliances specifically, leaves me little choice. While I received a lovely apology, I did not receive any kind of discount so I cannot recommend this service. UPDATE: Kyla did contact me and provided a discount. I do believe her apology was sincere and I can only imagine how difficult it must be to get good staff in this business. As a developer who is often looking for a good cleaning company and based on her customer service, I would give them another try.

After three different cleanings with this company, the first lady was decent, but I feel this was due to the first client cleaning, the following two were not thorough, and many areas were missed/not done. The last lady left all the baseboards, and tons of my cats hair in large clumps in each room I had to clean after. All of the metal fixtures in bathroom/sink in kitchen were not cleaned at all. The chemical cleaner used has left a very off scent in my place that is still lingering. Furniture was displaced and left without returning to position with any care. Very little to any training, hiring is very loose on who is brought in from the conversations I had. Disappointing with the reviews present.

I too should have heeded the poor reviews. My 81 year old husband vacuum's and dusts better then the cleaner I was given. I chose this company based on what the 'glowing' website had to offer. 2 out of 3 bathrooms, ugg I get to stressed writing about it. I was given apologies, but didn't relieve the fact I still had to reclean the stainless appliances, stove top and microwave to remove the water stains and grease that was left. Do not accept Matt as your cleaner. I cannot vouch for any other cleans in th company, but if this is acceptable for the owner, she needs to reevaluate her business.

The service at Kyla Kleaning is outstanding. Dealing with Allison is a pleasure, always courteous, timely and flexible, exactly what you want in the person in charge. Kyla takes care of both my cleaning and landscaping needs keeping my house impeccable and the outside the same. The flexibility and adaptability to what I currently need makes all the difference and they never shy away from it. This is the fifth cleaning company I've been with (mostly mainland) and it's by far my favourite. I would recommend them to anyone.
