Never take your cloths here. Have come here a few times and they seemed ok. Brought my son's 2yr old soccer Man United from Scotland and they recked it with out telling me. I picked up to pay for and noticed the loco was off. They 'tried' to fix it and got glue all over it. Not evening telling me.. very upset

Not ideal payment situation

Great folks here that have the skills to remove the toughest stains. I am in the fine rug care business and I recommend my clients that live in Colwood to use this company for their dry cleaning needs.

Terrible customer service by owner Jim. When I went to pay for our dry cleaning I noticed my husband's tie was ruined - good thing I checked first as there was not even a note with it! He ruined my husband's new tie which was very good quality. There was a whitish appearance to it which he blamed on my husband wearing too much (he wore it two times) and me trying to get out the stain (I blotted with water) I did not pay for it and when I asked Jim if he would pay for the tie he said absolutely not. I said he has lost my business and he said he did not care and hung up on me. Mistakes happen but he needs to be accountable. He needs to retire.

We took our feather duvet which was one month old into the cleaners because the cat had been sick on it. When I picked it and got it home the stain was still there and I realize that not all stains can be removed. But the duvet was nothing but lumps - all of the individual segments on the duvet were all lumped together. We phoned the cleaners and Jim the owner gave us some song and dance about this was caused by feather mites clumping together to get away from the heat process. He must think we are idiots. Then he said if we shook it a few times it would straighten itself out - we already had and nothing had changed. He did offer to do it again but it was already ruined so there was little to be gained by doing the same thing again. I went into the cleaners to talk to Jim in light of the fact that I had paid $34.60 for my duvet to be ruined however he wasn't there so I talked to the customer service person at the desk - her response to the problem - Oh Well. I said - Sure it's Oh Well when it is someone else's money. Don't expect to get a professional job from these people nor any kind of customer service.
