I brought a silk dress to be cleaned. The first time, they returned it to me still stained but with a huge gaping hole in the back. I brought it back, an employee told me I would be reimbursed the item total if they couldn't fix it. Later, they returned it to me, the stain was gone, but they had sloppily stitched a piece of fabric over the tear and called it fixed. I tried to speak to the Manager with no avail-- all they offered me was a $80 store credit. I complained again and was offered a $40 reimbursement plus the store credit. Again, not worth the total item value ($200). When I finally got a hold of the manager, she informed me I had ruined it myself, refused to acknowledge they had torn it, and said, if you want the store credit, call me back. Then hung up on me. This is INCREDIBLY POOR customer service and I am absolutely floored that anyone would choose to run a business this way.
Please note that all of Rashmi's (the Manager) employees are very kind and compassionate employees. I am just appalled at the way this store is managed. Will not be returning and will be publicly sharing my story as I see others have had the same experience.
