Two fellows came out this morning and got our gutter job done in less than an hour and a half. Friendly, hardworking and available to discuss approaches etc to getting the job done....even cleaned our front gutter and reattached a soffit that had fallen open at no charge. Would certainly recommend them to anyone needing gutter work.

After trying to get gutters installed by another building supply company in Cranbrook for over 2 months, I called Get Er Done. Mark came out the next day, gave me a quote on site and the next week did the installation. Very good job and service for significantly less than the other quote.

Homeowner tip: Never pay a contractor upon completion of a project. Wait at least a few days and review their work. I paid Get Er Done Gutters nearly $200 to repair and clean my gutters. After an hour and a half of work the employee said he was finished, gave me a bill, and I wrote him a check. Later that day I noticed there were still leaves in the gutters and the area that was supposed to be repaired was still leaking. The small amount of debris that was removed from the gutters had been discarded on the lawn. I called to inform them the job was incomplete and the owner said his employee would come back and make sure everything was clean the next day. I inspected the gutters after the employee's 2nd attempt by climbing onto the roof to see if he actually cleaned the gutters. Some areas were clean, yet some gutters remained untouched, still filled with water and leaves. I have left two messages since then informing the owner that the job is still incomplete and haven't heard back. Don't pay until the you've reviewed a contractor's work, and don't trust Get Er Done Gutters in Cranbrook.
