I brought in my cream coloured Canada goose jacket in for its seasonal cleaning. They did an absolutely amazing job! I had multiple stains during the winter season and they were able to get everything cleaned up. I was very specific as to what I expected and area of concern. I was informed no absolutely guarantee to get the stains out however, I received my jacket back extremely satisfied. My jacket looked and felt brand new. Thank you!

3.5. This place has been around forever, some 15 years or so. They get the job done for an Ok price however they’ve messed up and missed some spots a few times. Best to point out where you need cleaning as they will target that spot. Staff are ok to deal with.

Stay away from this place, I paid them to destroy my coat, a pure white color wool and cashmere coat became grey color after the cleaning, fully covered by the black things all over it, and they are keeping saying it came from the fabric, not even apology, I have dry cleaned it twice before and it was perfectly fine! Later at home, I find out the metal in the belt is broken too, the coat smells very bad too, I am not sure what they had done to it. Just want people to be careful with your clothes, don't want this happen to others ever again.

I've been going to CQDC for nearly a decade now and have always received excellent service. The staff is friendly and efficient. Oh, and they are also reasonably priced. What's not to love?
