Allan did an amazing job cleaning our carpets; he was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. He made sure to let us know how long he would be and did a very thorough job. Nothing was missed. Van-isle carpet cleaning gave us the best possible price for their services. Very highly recommend and I'll be sure to contact them with any further needs, and recommend to anyone I know. Thank you so much!

Van Isle came on a Sunday which was wonderful enough. Did a fantastic job. Carpets look great and dried that night. Smells great too. Thank you.

Fabulous customer service! Allan was a pleasure to work with, arrived at my home early, very calm, friendly demeanour, he went above and beyond by helping me move some light furniture out of the way. He also did an extra job and shampooed an area rug that I felt needed a good cleaning. Carpets smell nice and fresh and look brighter and cleaner. This has definitely extended the life of my carpets, thank you so much! I highly recommend this business, hands down one of the professional experiences I have ever encountered here in Nanaimo.

This company was a pleasure to deal with during our stressful move. They were accommodating, available, friendly and did a fantastic job on our carpets in an amazingly short amount of time. Allan even left 2 fans behind to help dry the carpets faster and picked them up the next day. We really appreciated every aspect of this service!
