I just walked in at 4:50 {open until five regularly}and Ursala literally told me to get out as they were closed. She was so rude that I will be coming to pick up my parcel this week and I will never be back. I will be calling Purolator as well to inform them of the awful customer service being provided.. It's one thing to be closed early, it's another to be so rude to customers they never want to step foot in the business again.. I guess it's not just milennials who have poor customer service these days.. shame.

I was very dissatisfied with this service, first of all they send it to a third party for dry-cleaning out in Vernon (so i'm sure there is an up-charge). I Needed a Pea-coat dry Cleaned to get the lint and other stuff off it, so took it here. He told me it would be $20.00 and when it came back it was $30.00, but here is where it really went wrong. It came back still covered in lint and what ever they had done at the dry cleaners has made the coat look worn out and have a lot of thread bear that now looks white. When I called them about the lint and white crap covering it... i was referred to the third party. The guy on the phone then complained that cleaning that off the coat "would take like a half hour"....after enough time they told me to bring it in and they"would see what they could do" after the first time, how the coat looks now, and more time I did not ever want to deal with them again.
