National Air Technologies were scheduled to come to our condo units between 8:00am and 9:00am. By 10:45am we had heard nothing from the company. I tried calling the company for a quick update regarding the scheduled cleaning and the line operator (company representative) was rather rude indicating that it wasn't her concern if my partner or I had to schedule time off work to accommodate the delay in the cleaning crew. I am quite disappointed with the company and how it communicates with customers via the phone and through strata. I would recommend trying another organization.

They didn't honour the appointment time and charged me more for than the price they quoted me for the service they said they were going to do. Not impressed.

My wife and I were very disappointed today with National Air Technologies. We own a townhome in Kitsilano, where National Air was scheduled to clean our dryer ducts, along with 80 other units in our building. They started on the top floor and would end with the townhomes on the ground floor last. As they never worked at our building before, they couldn't give us an idea when they might complete the work at our unit. We waited the entire Saturday, my wife and I alternating staying at home while doing weekend chores, only to have them leave without completing the work! We received an email at 3:48 pm that they had left for the day, but they apparently missed at least two townhouse units in our building. We've been subsequently informed they will need access again next Tuesday to complete what should have been done today. So fair warning to any of you considering hiring them. I was assured by our resident strata council president, who doubles as a competent and efficient building manager, that he repeatedly stressed to them that 6 of the townhouse units could only be accessed from the outside, and they missed at least two of them. It appears National Air is more concerned with knocking off early on a Saturday than completing their work in a professional manner.
