The guys that came to do the duct cleaning were very professional and courteous. They took their time and did a great job, explained everything they were doing as they were doing it. I would recommend them to my friends and family and will use them again given the chance. Thanks guys!

Hired for carpet cleaning and duct cleaning today. Cody cleaned my vents and was very professional, kind and provided me with information and answered all my questions. He called me to tell me he was running on time, was punctual and I would definitely use the service again. Thank you for a pleasant experience

We had the carpets in our house cleaned by Alpha Carpet and Duct Cleaning and the whole process from start to finish was exceptional. We received a prompt, fairly priced quote from their office and our technician arrived right on time the day of. Michael was professional and incredibly personable, and most importantly he did a fantastic job of cleaning our carpets, including a number of set in stains. He clearly enjoyed his job and was an expert in his craft. His communication was great and he worked very hard the hour and a bit that he was in our home. We will be using Alpha for all of our carpet and duct needs going forward and will not hesitate to refer them to friends. Use these guys with complete confidence, we wish all companies we dealt with were this well run.

I can't say enough good things about Dustin. He's friendly, fast, shows up exactly on time and does a great job. It's nice that he takes the time to explain the process and describes what the work will entail and how long it will take. Our apartment has poorly installed ducting that clogs easily and he's come twice over the past two years and each time it's been a pleasure.
