A pleasant young man (Miguel) came to clean our carpet and stairs the Friday before Thanksgiving. He was polite and organized with his equipment. However, after I had paid him and he had left, I started to walk around (in my bare feet) and I found that many places on the carpet were very wet. So that we could move back in to the house i took several large towels and used them to soak up the moisture by putting them down and walking on them. I started with the main traffic areas - down the hall and stairs. The towels quickly got very wet. Once the towels had been dried I went around again targeting the very wet areas in odd places. It seems to me that the water sprayed on the carpet was not vacuumed up properly afterwards. There was one spot on the stairs (where there was a stain that I knew would not come out, and that I took the time to point out to Miguel to leave it alone) that was not dry yet a day and a half later. Also there was a large puddle of very dirty water at the bottom of the stairs that must have happened when Miguel was taking his hose apart. And there are some parts of my carpet that seem stiff as if there is solution there that was not rinsed off or vacuumed up. I can not recommend this company because they don't seem to train their technicians properly.

Terrible customer service from call centre, had awful experience with Rachel. Company cancelled our appointment the day of after waiting for almost 2 weeks to have our air ducts cleaned. When I received the call, service personnel advised that they wouldn’t be able to clean our ducts and that we’d need documentation from an abatement company, could they not have advised us sooner after several phone calls from their call centre calling to confirm our appointment? Further into our discussion Rachel informed us that their truck had broken down for the day. So my question was were they cancelling because of they couldn’t do it or was it because their truck broke down? Clean Dry Canada is unreliable, has poor service and poor communication from a customer service standpoint. After advising her of our disappointment, she ended up sending a technician unannounced to our home the same day, he entered our home to say he’d look at our furnace, took him downstairs and he never even opened the furnace compartment to look but instead started explaining why they couldn’t do the job, not good enough. Our concerns were the way the whole situation was handled and that we could have been advised sooner about obtaining the documentation. The technician Mathew (Matt) was loud despite letting him know that our newborn was sleeping and ended waking up our baby. Very disappointed, you don’t just show up unannounced to tell us what your call centre had already told us. Shame despite expressing our concerns and feedback to the company (they do all the air duct cleaning as exlusive contractors for Home Depot) have not received a response.

Brad from Steam Dry Canada was great! Very personable, efficient and helpful. We're very happy with how clean our furnace ducts are now. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service from Steam Dry Canada - Vancouver, would highly recommend. Brad was fab. He didn't try to sell me extra services that I didn't need and went above and beyond to complete the tasks in a timely and efficient manner. All was done with minimal inconvenience to us.

Brad was super professional, punctual and informative. I was reluctant to get the services done due to other companies trying to upsell and not do services which were asked for in the first place. But Brad was great and really fast and he showed me exactly what he was doing. I will definitely call them back in the future.
