This is the first time I've used Citrus-O. I especially liked the thorough appointment making process where I was able to take time to explain what I needed done. I appreciated the follow-up email confirming the price and specific details. The technician was on time, professional, personable and thorough. I will use this company again, for sure.

Citrus-O Carpet Care did a great job of our carpets and stairs. I was greatly impressed by the service technician work effort and care throughout the cleaning process. I would not hesitate to provided recommendation.

I have been using this carpet cleaning company since around 2010/2011. Very hit and miss. I had my carpet done recently and was very disappointed. The cleaner showed up 2 hours late, it was the fastest cleaning job I ever had done. I was told the usual-2 hours dry time, more for the stairs. The carpet did not dry out until the following morning. That night some areas were still soaking wet. I had 2 areas on my baseboards where the paint bubbled from the bottom up about 1/4 inch high by 6 to 7 inches long. In the a.m. all of the areas I went over with cleaner still looked the same. I have no kids, no pets. I answered the customer satisfaction survey and never heard a thing back. I will be changing my cleaners for future use. I missed entering that the underlay has gone funny as well.

Our carpet cleaner was punctual and efficient. He did a very good job at getting the stains out of our carpet which is cream in colour. Wouldn't hesitate to ask Citrus O back again to do another cleaning. Very pleased.

Excellent customer service! If looking to set up an appointment talk to Curtis. He was extremely helpful, thoroughly explained the process, and even followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the results. Which we were! Our Carpet Tech Bernard went above and beyond during the cleaning. There was a massive black stain right in the middle of our office that he was able to remove and we greatly appreciate it! 10/10 would recommend this service.
