I do NOT recommend this company!! Very disappointed as it seems they are more concerned with squeezing in as many clients as possible per day rather than making said clients happy. First, the cleaner that I had bragged to me she can do my place and be in and out in 45 minutes. That was my first clue. Second, I came home to dirty kitchen counters with bits of food, dirt or grease, and lint all over them. They were dirtier after the cleaning than before. Mirrors weren’t touched. Vinegar was used on my granite counters which shouldnt be as it is acidic. Floors were only spot cleaned at best along the center and the floors were supposed to be cleaned from wall to wall. Surround on bathtub not cleaned at all. Bath tub was, again, only spot cleaned. What an awful service. I find PG Clean to be overpriced. And terrible customer service. They should use something more than just vinegar if there is still dirt left behind. Overall, I could have done a better job myself. Save yourself the money and do not hire them.

I'm not that hard to clean up after, but they've been excellent the first 3 months I've used PG Clean. Including the first cleaning of my house after I took possession and before moving in. After a few tries I had an excellent housekeeper in Fort St John, and I feel lucky to have found a good cleaning service on my first attempt here!

Extremely disappointed by the cleaning provided by this company. It looked like my house had barely been touched. There's no excuse for a "professional" cleaning service not knowing to sweep the corners of a floor or scrub a toilet properly.

I hired PG Clean to do my walls, baseboards, and bathrooms. I had 2 people come and the estimated time to get the job done was 2 hours. I told them I wanted the job done really well, so if they needed an extra hour they could stay and charge me for it. I came home to check on them after about an hour and one of them was in my fridge. He then went into my bedroom and started cleaning my window, which I did't ask them to do. They called me and said they were done an hour and a half into the job. When I got home I was very disappointed to see that the bathrooms weren't done very well, there was still grime around my sinks and my bathtub, and they didn't even do the baseboards. My house was torn apart so they could have access to my walls and baseboards, so when I got home I had to scrub my own baseboards so I could put my house back to normal. When I complained and said I wanted my money back I was told I needed pictures, which I didn't have because I cleaned everything right away, so I told them to ask the cleaners if they had actually done my baseboards. Their response was that they didn't have enough time to do the whole job, even though they left early and I told them to stay an extra hour if they needed to. They were also wasting time doing tasks I hadn't asked them to do. Two days later I have still not heard if my deposit will be returned or not. I will not be hiring PG Clean again.

Had the same experience as Tiffany. There is no excuse for the terrible job they did. I asked for a deep clean (and paid for it), washed walls, etc for a suite that a tenant had just left. Two young men show up via cab instead of a company van, with a mop, a couple rags, lysol spray and windex. I really wonder what their definition of deep clean is. I hired them for three hours, they left after 1.5hrs without saying a thing to me. Everything was still as dirty as when they arrived - dirt on the window sills, soap scum on the shower doors, dried juice on the walls, food crumbs and dried food stuck to the counter tops, and grease still on the range hoods. I would have gladly paid for more time if they needed it - but literally nothing was cleaned in the time I paid for (well, the half they stayed for). I demanded they come back to do the job right - they showed up with the same stuff, and had no clue why I wanted them to come back. The lady on the phone uses a Skype phone, and most of the time you can barely hear her. From the showing up to a cab to the tools they supply their cleaners with, everything about this company screams unprofessional to me. Stay away from PG Clean.
