Avoid this cleaner especially if your clothes are high end. After my suit was burned due to using too hot of a press, the burned holes near the pants pockets, he blamed it on "moths in my closet" and when I asked him why the jacket had impression of inside buttons of my jacket left an impression in the front of the jacket and lost color, he just replied "these kinds of things just don't happen". His staff already confessed that like all cleaners, when clothes come in they check pockets as people leave things in them. I asked him that if I had brought damaged clothes to him as he implied, why did he not get in touch with me as the holes were close to the pockets and no way they could be overlooked? He had no answer. I also mentioned if the jacket had button impression why did he not let me know? Again no answer. He said there is no way he is paying a claim and that I can take him to small claims court. Seems the operating philosophy is "I never ruin clothes and to get any compensation I will have to sue" in short he is saying his staff never makes mistakes. As the previous reviewer said, use him at your own peril.

Terrible service and communication. They say they love their customers on the hangers. I’d say it is nonsense from way they interact with us and the service quality. I had my coat dry cleaned there primarily because of the dog fur that got stuck on the surface. Guess what? They returned it to me the same after charging 20$. Never gonna dry clean there again.

Terrible experience. I went in to get a dress altered and was treated terribly when I asked the owner what they based their rates on - since the price on my alteration changed. He immediately got defensive and started arguing and raising his voice, so disrespectful. Maybe he didn't understand my question? Or maybe a lack of manners? Avoid this place if you can - I'm all for supporting mom and pop businesses but if you value customer service and the simple act of being civil there are probably other family owned shops that deserve your support.
