ZERO STARS. First visit: 3 of my dress shirt buttons were melted/damaged in the dry cleaning process, to which the owner rudely said “not our responsibility”. 2nd visit: Several items in the same batch were NOT ready on the date promised, items we needed to wear that weekend. The owner SOFIA (the Korean lady) basically gave me a blank stare, gave zero explanation, offered no solutions, and still demanded I pay the full amount for items I hadn’t even picked up yet! Sofia, if you’re going to run a business, try being reliable instead of rude to customers.

Zero stars. My wife's cardigan was shrunk. They made an excuse that they followed the directions and that we should complain to Aritizia. We had taken that cardigan in before and it was fine so obviously something went wrong. They had zero accountability and the best they offered was $30 credit written on a piece of paper for a $200 cardigan. The owner told my wife to get out when she said she wanted to take a picture of the "credit note." Terrible business practices and customer service.

Very disappointed. My blanket scarf was damaged. It shrunk by 30%.

They fixed a minor seam in my shirt that was falling apart even though I didn't ask them to! They didn't even point it out to me or make a big deal out of it. What a pleasant surprise. 100% customer for life.

Very friendly service. Accommodating when rush dry cleaning is required. It's been twice now my dry clean was ready the next day when out was needed. Thanks!
