Charged for laundry folding, but only folded the clothes on top of the basket. Also charged $20 to hem a dress, which needed to be redone by another seamstress.

Since the new owners took over, I am in the market for a new dry cleaner. My last visit was a few months ago when my a white jacket was returned with blue colour transfer (as a previous reviewer mentioned) and my husband's sweaters barely looked cleaned. Had been going here for 5 or so years before this with no problems, great staff, and good prices. Not anymore. Possibly, there have been improvements lately since I see I wasn't the only one to notice, but I just walked away, never to return.

This is the best dry cleaning store around the Vancouver neighbourhood. They didn't use much chemicals. They help me to clean the shirts perfectly. The shirts look newer after their cleaning and remove some of the old stains, and last but not least, the staffs are polite and helpful.

We sent a MaxMara coat here for dry cleaning, and got it back ruined. No compensation for the coat was offered, so be careful if you want to send an expensive item in.

This is the very good dry-cleaning! I love the way they removed the huge stains on my leather jacket. The owner is also nice, helpful and generous. She worked hard long time ago in this store. Then she took over the store. She has a lot of experience. I recommend that this is the best store to dry clean your clothes. Also, the price is very reasonable. Thank you MacDonald Dry Cleaners
